Welcome to FARMSTEADABILITY, our Special Need's Adult Program, where we empower differently-abled individuals through hands-on learning experiences at our cottage food-farm operation. Our program focuses on teaching daily living and work skills in a supportive, natural environment of home and garden. Participants engage in various activities such as cooking, gardening, harvesting, stripping, packing, labeling and selling products. Self care skills are a priority as well. The skills we learn are purposefully related to what we plan to provide in our new community, HOMESTEADABILITY when it is completed.

Welcome to HOMESTEADABILITY, a 501 (C)(3) Nonprofit Corporation which aims to create a vibrant community designed specifically for adults with special needs. This inclusive village equipped with it's own Home Owner's Association will feature tiny housing, daily social opportunities, and continuing education, providing residents with a sense of belonging and safety. Alongside residential spaces and the many communal spaces we will build, this future village will offer on-site job training programs as well as actual employment in a few real small businesses on the property. The aim is self sustainability and longevity making Homesteadability a place where everyone has a future and thrives.
